iBook Battery Indication In Ubuntu 10.04

I have an old PowerPC iBook g4 running Ubuntu 10.04, and for some reason upon installing the system, I didn't get a specific module that allowed the system to see the state of the battery.  This caused my machine to report that I was always running on AC power, but in fact may have been discharging the battery.  Here's the solution:

$sudo gedit /etc/modules

add to the bottom of that file:

pmu_battery
