Skype with Ubuntu and a Dell D620

Here's how I got skype to see my built in Microphone and send sound through the headphones:

Mixer Settings:

• Playback: Capture mix: max volume
  
• Recording: max, NOT MUTED
• Input source: Mic (Not "Front Mic")
  

Skype Settings: Everything is pulse.
