Fix Java Refresh Issues And Artifiacts

If you have a java 1.5 application running inside of compiz that is acting funny:

Edit ~/.bashrc and add the following at the beginning of the file:

export set AWT_TOOLKIT=MToolkit

export LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK=true
