Create A Shortcut To A Bookmark Or Bookmarklet In Firefox

I wanted a faster way to add a page to Instapaper (yes, I know about bookmark keywords).  This solved my problem.  Just install the Site Launcher plugin and set up a hotkey to run the bookmarklet javascript.  The configuration above will automatically add the current page to instapaper by pressing alt-shift-i.  To keep from opening the bookmarklet in a new tab, make sure to adjust the new-tab preference under options.
