Stop Internet Addiction: Like Seeking Rehab From a Drug Dealer

I'm not completely sold on the notion of "Internet Addiction".  Completely untrained in psychology, it seems to me that this kind of "addiction" is more of a compulsive disorder than a real mental/physical dependency.
