Disable Shift-Backspace Restart in Compiz

Under Ubuntu, when running Compiz-Fusion, shift-backspace causes X to restart. That's annoying. Here's how to fix it:
Edit ~/.Xmodmap and add the following line to the file

keycode 22 = BackSpace BackSpace Terminate_Server
